What is a Tomimoto glaze you may be wondering? Originating from Tomimoto Kenkichi (1886-1963) a very well known Japanese potter and Living National Treasure. Thanks to Tomimoto, we have been able to learn so much about pottery.

Fermenting foods is a long time tradition for everyone to enjoy. This Tomimoto glazed pot is stoneware fired and includes the weight stones. This pot will hold approximately one large cabbage. Get creative and design your very own recipe. Ferment your way to good gut health!
